Matt Smith: We must back local high streets across the Vale of Glamorgan

Local high streets in the Vale are threatened by the Labour-run Vale Council's planned parking charges. Welsh Conservative will scrap rates for small businesses and establish Business Rate-Free Zones to ensure local high streets remain at the heart of our communities.
