Esplanade

During the COVID 19 pandemic, restaurants on Penarth Esplanade began offering outdoor dining. The Vale of Glamorgan Council have decided that, from 30th June, this will be removed. It will be replaced by car parking. We are keen to know your views on this issue and if you support the Council's decision.
